Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 30 days of receipt. We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise in its original box provided you meet the rules described hereafter. You have the right to retract the sale agreement at any time up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Personalised items are not included in your right of retraction.

Your right to cancel can be exercised in writing by contacting us at BMS Turkey or emailing us at info@betonpompasi.com.tr.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a refund if you request one in writing within 30 days of receipt. We are sorry but personalised products, food and self-assembly furniture (once partly or wholly assembled) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 30 days of receipt. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition, in original packaging and contents, so please take care of them and pack them appropriately.

All items must be returned unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for returning the products to us as soon as possible. If goods returned under your right of retraction are not in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return. We recommend you request a Proof of Postage certificate if you return your goods.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse. A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund. We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods, Defective Product, Damaged Product or Product Lost in Transit and Wrong Delivery.

You must check whether your shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are discrepancies or problems with your order, please follow the returns procedure within 24 hours. Faulty goods or goods being returned due to an error on BMS’s part will also refund any cost incurred in returning the item. Subject to availability, we will send you a new Shipping Notification Email and we will automatically and immediately ship the correct replacement product at our own expense.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact our customer services department. We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
